  • Where do I place an order?
    Oders can be placed on our website only. Simply add to cart and follow the steps.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver in Greater Manchester, 15 miles from Manchester City Centre radius. We can deliver to homes, apartment blocks, restaurants, working place, hotels... as long as the recipient or manager knows about the delivery and they are ok to accept it.
  • What if I won't be home at the expected delivery time?
    If you are not home please leave us a message where our driver can leave the order. It a can be a safe place, at the porch, neighbour or apartment reception. (please inform the reception a cake will be delivered and they are ok to keep it until your arrival as it's food and they might have a health and safety policy)
  • Do you offer FREE DELIVERY?
    Sometimes we have this Offer available and it will be advertised and applied automatically to your order after spending a certain amount.
  • Are your cakes Vegetarian/Halal?
    Yes, we don't use alcohol or animal gelatine in our products, if you have other dietary requirements please let us know.
  • Can I come and collect my order?
    Sorry, at the moment we don't have this option available. We an online cake shop.
  • Do you do Gluten Free/ Vegan Cakes?
    Yes, we do. Simply select the cake that you like and write in the text box your request before adding to cart. Please note some cake designs might contain some decorations that are not Gluten or Vegan.
  • Do you have Gift Cards?
    Yes, we do eGift Cards which are sent by email to be redeemed online on our website. Please Note: This gift certificate is not redeemable for cash. This gift certificate is non-transferable and resale is prohibited. If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances. This gift certificate is not to be combined with other vouchers and is not valid with other promos and offers.
  • Can I cange the colour of the cake?
    Sure, we can personalise the cakes to your own request. Simply write in the text box the desired colour before adding to cart. If you like you can send us an email or message on the Live chat to check if we can fullfill your request.
  • How much notice do you need?
    Usually at least 48H or more as some customers like to book weeks or months in advance. You can send us a message on our Live chat before placing an order to confirm we can deliver.
